Obata and Catuai varieties are harvested at full maturity, and natural processing allows the beans to retain their most precious qualities – their dense sweetness and velvety texture. Slowly dried, in the rhythm of day and night, they acquire a depth that envelops the cup in the softness of milk chocolate, dark molasses, and roasted almonds.

V60 highlights its elegance – milk chocolate, molasses and almond play cleanly and clearly here.

Aeropress and French press bring out a thicker character that pairs beautifully with milk in a cappuccino or latte.
