Washed processing brings out their lightness and purity – like morning fog that has yet to dissipate. The aroma of white tea blossoms in the cup, enveloped in a hint of brown sugar and a delicate, floral finesse. This is a coffee that doesn't impose its flavor – rather, it opens up a space to linger in.
